[c-nsp] Why L2VPN Pseudowire Redundancy not work?

Hi,

What sort of platform is this on? Generally this sort of issues (one
way traffic) would indicate that something doesn't get flushed
properly after the switchover to backup. This setup should generally
work no problems.
