Thanks Oli. I made some changes, let me know what you think....
Is CIR 128k in this policy ? if so, then is this correct ?
128k = 128 * 1024 = 131,072 bps
Then you mentioned default burst is 100ms worth of CIR... is this correct ?
100ms worth of CIR is 131,072 / 10 = 13,107.2 bits = 13,107.2 /8 = 1,638.4

If this is all true why does it still show 1598 bytes instead of the new
burst value of 1638 bytes ?
