I'd check with "show spanning-tree vlan 808".  It usually is quite indicative
on what the switch thinks about which vlans are active on which ports.

If that looks good, check with "show mac ad vlan 808" which of the devices
are learning mac addresses, which indicates "how far do packets travel"
(maybe something in the router config is strange, like a "no shut" missing
on the vlan subif or the main interface).
