[c-nsp] VAI 64-bit SNMP counters

Hi All,

I configured ASR1k as BRAS (PPPoE). I'd like to get input and output SNMP
statistics from the VAI (Virtual Access Interfaces).
I can read VAI 32-bit SNMP I/O statistics (ifInOctets and ifOutOctets), but
I can't do it with VAI 64-bit counters.
Is it possible to get 64-bit SNMP counters (ifHCInOctets and ifHCOutOctets)
of  the Virtual Access Interfaces on ASR1K platform?
Is there any special command to enable it?
