[c-nsp] 7600: "show archive" triggers never ending loop and high CPU

Dear all
While redistributing TCAM within our 7600/Sup720-3BXL we have also
upgraded to IOS 12.2(33)SRE9a.
So far, everything is perfectly fine. But at some point I wanted to
check "show archive" and that was apparently a bad idea.
The terminal went into an infinite loop of increasing integers. Once in
a while accompanied by an ":Error - timed out". It looks like this:
50134
50135
50136
50137
50138
50139
50140
50141 :Error - Timed out
50142
50143
50144
50145
There seems to be no way to get out of this. Clearing the line (con or
vty, doesn't matter) is not doing anything. Worst thing: The CPU is at
100% all the time.
Only known solution so far: Restart the machine and do not use "show
archive".
We can reproduce this problem across different devices.
I cannot really believe it but I do not find anything regarding this bug
on the web. Has nobody ever hit it?
Does anybody know something about this?
Best regards,
Grischa
