[c-nsp] Remote LFA Deployments on ASR9K/ME3600X/ME3800X/ASR903

Hi Waris.

We are still in deployment and have enabled (r)LFA on all 
our ME3600X's.

No experiences yet to share, but will do as soon as some 
become evident :-).
