[c-nsp] Cisco 3750-X Stack

It's just very odd. You can unplug the device, plug it back into the
same port and it won't come up, go to another port and it won't come up.
The really weird part is ports 3 and 5 for some reason always work, same
config on all of them. I can't tell if this is an issue with the
devices specifically, or the switches themselves. I backed down to 12.2
and it did not make any difference.
Laptop seems to work fine.
No POE.
