[c-nsp] ASR 1K : EFP / XCONNECT / BDI

Hello everyone,

The idea would be to do something like :

*interface bdi4093*
* ip vrf forwarding TEST2*
* ip address 172.31.0.253 255.255.255.0*
* xconnect 1.1.1.1 10000 encapsulation mpls pw-class EOMPLS-ETH-TO-VLAN*


But i'm not too sure if we can do this with an ASR... I may have to
configure a vpls or something similar with vfi ?
