[c-nsp] Cisco transceiver's maintenance service

	save money and use 3rd party transcievers, talk to folks like
Champion One, Finisar or OSI Hardware for example.  For the cost, you can
even purchase them from Fiberstore as well.  For what cisco charges, you
can purchase a ton of spares.
