[c-nsp] HP EVI vs Cisco OTV

Hello group

One of my customers want’s a design, that requires layer 2 extensions between three datacenters. I would normally go with Cisco OTV, which I know works as expected.

Unfortunately, I’m not in a position to suggest Cisco equipment, as the customer has decided for HP. 

I know HP has a similar feature to OTV called EVI.

Any current caveats and gotchas on the HP 12500-series platform with this feature? Performance, function etc?
