I think you are running in that (cosmetic) bug that you mentioned, and that
the information in the bugtoolkit about the fixed releases is simply wrong.


To be sure about that, you will have to raise a case with TAC, but given
that multiple others had the same finding in supposedly fixed releases (see
[1] and [2]), I think its likely.
