I've only worked with the ME3600X from this bunch, and that 
is not designed for harsh environments (even though 
depending on your defintion of "harsh", I've seen them do 
things I'd never wish on my enemy).

I've also worked with the ME3400, but that was designed from 
the ground as such.

Haven't worked with the other platforms.

To be honest, it's going to be hard for you to match the 
feature set with your hardware requirements. From Cisco, 
anyway...
