[c-nsp] Remote LFA on IOS XR -does it require Explicit Null MPLS Labels?

In the lab I have noticed that changing to explicit null while pinging the
ASR's loopback causes round 30sec blackout.
Can this be speeded up on trident cards somehow please?

generally yes, reason is that some platforms/versions (don't have the
details ready just now) can't rLFA-protect a primary path which has no label
(due to imp-null).
