I don't believe in ISSU. Even for (other) platforms where it 
has had a modicum of "success", folk end up rebooting the 
router anyway to clean up strange inconsistencies.

But when you have to wait 2hrs for an upgrade to complete 
(vs. 15x minutes on like-sized alternatives), you have to 
worry about whether IOS XR passes the real-life edge 
deployment test.
