[c-nsp] R: mpls forwarding and ip forwarding

Not sure if  this is what you want .. .but I think so  ...
you can decide what to send labels for  with  filters using the command

mpls ldp advertise-labels  

so what has a label is switched with mpls, what does not have a label uses ip forwarding.
