[c-nsp] Cisco 6500 packet loss

Hello.

Could be due to Port-channel load balance somewhere, where some src-dst-ip hashes end up on a faulty link.

Do some troubleshooting where exactly the problem appear.. I highly doubt the problem is in the 6500 itself.
