With consolidation being a reality of our industry, I think 
it will be harder to segregate the two, moving forward. 
Moreover, the direction for Broadband is FTTH, which scales 
better with things like DHCP (rather than PPPoE), which 
looks a lot like Enterprise or IP Transit services from a 
management standpoint.
