[c-nsp] Weird problem with 2960S and desktop switch

Agree with that, turn off bpduguard, bpdufilter and portfast in ports
connected to other switches.

You may want to add spanning-tree guard root on ports being connected
to other switches.

Also have the switches disconnected when you configure this.
