It is supported, but has to (annoyingly) be implemented on 
the member links instead of the LAG.

This is a general IOS problem (IOS XE is really just IOS on 
Linux), as other IOS-based platforms have the same 
implementation style/limitation.

IOS XR doesn't have this issue. One can deploy MQC on a LAG, 
and the routers know what to do across member links. Cisco 
call this SPI (Shared Policy Instance).
