[c-nsp] 3560x fans failing

We have recently deployed the 3560x layer 3 switches to several locations. In two weeks' time, we've experienced fan failures in two of the switches already. These are the switch fans (there are two of them) and both have failed. Power supply fans have been ok. The only odd thing about them is they are connected with -48VDC, 440w power supplies as that is the source power at these locations. I have checked -48v statistics and the power has stayed constant, and none of our other devices on the same -48v power distribution have had any issues. The second switch also seems to be rebooting itself, not sure if it's related to the failed fans or if the switch has another issue. A TAC case is being opened, but I thought someone on here might have some additional comments for me.
