[c-nsp] 40G QSFP to 4*10G SFP+ Breakout Optical Cable

What i think Gilles is looking for, is a way to buy active wavelengths on
10gigabit instead of 40gigabit?

I dont use QSFPs in my net, so i dont know the answer, but i think thats
the question from the begging?
