debug mpls ldp discovery hello receive interface TenGigE0/0/2/2
debug mpls ldp discovery hello send interface TenGigE0/0/2/3
debug mpls ldp discovery hello receive interface TenGigE0/0/2/3
debug mpls ldp errors

And let me know the outputs please.
