Doesn't appear to be much in the way of 40GBASE-ER4 available yet.
Although you might want to e-mail FlexOptix, as they appear to be
expecting some samples around about now:

Otherwise, you're stuck with 4x 10GBASE-*something* (1510nm WWDM, CWDM,
DWDM, etc.)
