[c-nsp] what would be the normal burst size in policer on 3550 cisco switch for 500Mbps

I think I encountered the same problem a lond time ago and didn't find
any solution. Possible burst size on some switches are too small to
support high bit rates that causes losses far before target rate is
achived. As workaroung I can advise only select another device for
policing.
