[c-nsp] Cisco LNS Subscriber Licenses

Hi All,

I had some notes on the licenses for ASRs and subscriber counts when
using them for LNS/BNG services, but I can't find my notes now.

When purchasing FLASR1-BB-RTU with FLASR1-BB-16K for example, are
these software licenses that need applying on the box or just "soft"
licenses, the kind you print off and just chuck in a draw somewhere?
