Hi James,
Yes good idea, please find attached configuration of Cisco & Brocade switches. Not much on the Brocade end see attached.
The ports with the error message LACP-BLOCKED are 3/19 & 3/20  on the Brocade end.

yes, it's normally caused by misconfiguration.  Both brocade netiron and
cisco IOS have mature 802.3ad/LACP implementations which interoperate nicely.
