We generally use dedicated peering routers that don't carry
the full table.
But even then, if you're not announcing the prefixes that
the miscreant is sending you beyond peers that need to have
them (typically customers), them pointing a default to you
won't gain them much (even if it will attract unwanted
traffic from them to you).
