Are you interested in doing this from VRF to VRF or from a VRF to the
global table?

I made this work in a lab a while ago on the ASR1k by using a vasiright
interface in the global table, and a vasileft interface in a VRF.  You
could probably also make this work with a similar methodology with a loop
(i.e. use two interfaces, one in a VRF, the other in the global table and
connecting a cable between them).
