Hi Aaron,
We're doing something you might be interested in a complimentary solution we
call UTRS. It is essentially a RTBH service, but you do not have to be
directly connected to any of the participating networks, you just have to
have a publicly assigned ASN and some address space you originate. We relay
the IPv4 /32's out of address space you originate to UTRS peers and in turn
we relay to you if they announce any /32's of their own. It is a free
