[c-nsp] Alternate to TOR (4948)

Hi Everyone,

Been using the "old" 4948's for TOR, and have been happy with them, but as they are EOL'd, looking at an alternate....4948E are getting up there in price.

Nexus 3000's ? (Option to do VPC with multiple 3000's in one rack back to core/agg switches?)

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated....our traffic profile is quite bursty, so want to stay away from the 2960/2560/2750 etc ranges.
