[c-nsp] BGP doesn't advertise prefixes

It could be a bug but most likely a configuration issue.  The bugs on the 65xx platform are normally more like the supervisor will crash when the BGP table counter reaches a certain threshold or similar to that not just the lack of advertisement to a single peer.  It’s possible but if you could post the relevant portions of your on fig that would probably yield better results.
