[c-nsp] BGP doesn't advertise prefixes

Sorry for the confusion, but if you have no auto-summary in bgp then you
have to have in your example the same mask on your Null route and network
statement.

Try network 123.0.73.0 mask 255.255.255.0, then you can add policies if it
works.
