Please do *listen* to what people suggest.  

You have a "network" statement *without* "mask 255.255.255.0" in your 
config - which does not work for "former Class B space".

This has nothing to do with the "ip route" statement.

And if people ask you to provide "show ip b 123.0.73.0", then do not
provide output of route-maps or anything else - there's a reason why
this is asked or recommended.
