[c-nsp] Cisco and Juniper - BGP MPLS L2VPN VPLS interoperability

I finally got a working config that does not break my ME3600's like I
mentioned earlier.  I'll share offline if you wish to know details.  Seems
that the juniper routing-instance protocol vpls worked for what I was trying
to do  ...not l2vpn.

Apparently I'm running RFC4761 -  BGP AD w/BGP Sig

I added a third PE to the vpls.  I added an ME3600 (running IOS 15.4(2)S) as
a PE in the VPLS with the ACX and MX.  It's fine.  All 3 have CE switches
behind them and CE's are all talking.

Now I have a problem were adding an ASR9006 as a 4th PE to the VPLS ELAN
shows that the MTU's are not being discovered of the Juniper PE's, but the
9k does discover the Cisco Me3600 PE MTU and is ok.

Is there something I need to configure on the Juniper VPLS PE's to cause
them to signal to the Cisco ASR9k what the Juniper PE's MTU is ?  Strange
that the ME3600 discovers the ACX and MX MTU's are 1500 BUT the 9k does not
discover MTU's of Junipers.  Maybe I need to do something on the 9k side ...

See below that Neighbors to Junipers are down, but Cisco is up.

.... juniper xconnects are down with unknown remote side MTU of junipers...
cisco me3600 pw is up and ce's can ping.  me3600 ce can ping "ce" bvi on 9k.
