[c-nsp] ME3x00 Ethernet Loopback

Hi All,

Has anyone used this feature? What have you used it with, hardware
Ethernet testers? Did it work well?

We have a couple of testers that are at the far end of the country at
present so I'm wondering if anyone can share their experiances of this
feature? Does it pretty much do what it says on the tin?
