Hi Troy,

it happened to me once, that I have put an SPA-1XTENGE-XFP instead of 
the SPA-1X10GE-L-V2 SPA into an ASR1000. They look both the same, but 
the  SPA-1XTENGE-XFP is older and was not recognised. So maybe You have 
to check if the supplier shipped the right card (V2).
