Not CWDM, but we do have DWDM ER and ZR SFP+ in X2-SFP+ converter on
8-port M1 linecards, and they work fine, DDM included.
They're all "Cisco compatible" optics i.e. have the right bits written
into the EEPROM to emulate a vendor transceiver; you need "service
unsupported-transceiver" for normal 3rd party optics, which I have
tested but don't use in production, as we use reprogrammable optics.
