[c-nsp] stuck transit LSP's

When the link flaps, is it link or node protection that’s required? Are you using static backup tunnels on your Cisco LSRs?

Once the LSPs that detoured revert to their original path successfully, do the failed LSPs stay down?

In my experience the LSP will still be bound to a particular egress interface as it’s signalled.

Could there be a config issue on an LSR interface? Does the issue occur in one direction only? Maybe RSVP debug on your LSRs will shed light.
