Do you mean to say there are microbursts exceeding 100 Mbit/s
there ?  I have a 600Mb tcpdump of mirrored traffic from that port, is
there a way to identify microbursts in Wireshark? I would be really
interested to know what is causing them.

In the Wireshark analysis I have done so far, I see mostly steady WSUS
HTTP traffic in the dump.
