[c-nsp] Cisco WS2960-X - Are these switches lemons or is there a stable release?

I binned a 2960X, it was  a new device in a new PoP, no live services,
the OOB hasn't even gone in yet. Upgraded to
c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-4.E.bin and it didn't come back online, now
waiting for near by hands to go and give it a kick.

We were having some SFPs which others have mentioned although with fibre SFPs.

So far, doesn't seem too great.
