Most vendors are out of touch with the real world. This stopped amusing
me a long time ago.

What I do now is find someone within the vendor that has enough
influence and is willing to listen to reason, indefinitely.

It also helps with folk like Oliver, Tim, Waris, Vindo, e.t.c., are on
the mailing list as well, Bless them...
