[c-nsp] 7600 Power log messages

Hi all
I faced OSPF neighbor ships on my 7600 box , when I checked the log messages , I found the below

Aug 15
04:33:30.130 UTC: %C7600_PWR-SP-4-PSOK: power supply 2 turned on.


When I searched for that , most of the comments were related to RSP module , I just want to know if anyone here faced this
