Hi All,

I can see there are snmp community-map configured on my some of the routers
and those routers are not discoverable while snmp polling even though ping
to/fro server is fine. Since there are very old configurtion, so I don't
find why it was done. Configuration is as below.

snmp mib community-map XXXXX engineid 0000000902000004C16AE9E0
snmp mib community-map YYYYYY engineid 0000000902000004C16AE9E0
snmp mib community-map zzzzzzzengineid 0000000902000004C16AE9E0
snmp mib community-map abcd engineid 0000000902000004C16AE9E0

So my question is,
Q1- Does this command comes by itself into the configuration and associate
with all defined community-string or it is configured manually?
Q2- What can be the impact if I remove the these community-maps value?
