[c-nsp] Cisco 7206 VXR || Can I use new old IOS with new bootloader

Hi Guys,

I have Cisco 7206 VXR, I upgraded the boot loader and upgraded the
IOS.Details of which is as below. Suddenly I found that the CPU utilization
is going very high upto 90%.

Old Bootloader :*c7200-kboot-mz.123-9.bin*
Old IOS :*c7200-jk9s-mz.124-25d.bin*

New Bootloader:*c7200-kboot-mz.151-4.M10.bin*
New IOS:*c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M10.bin*

Now as a immediate resolution, I want to restore back to old IOS. So my Q
is, can I reload the router with old IOS without downgrading the bootloader
or I should downgrade the bootloader and then boot with old IOS.
