You'll need to walk the CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.cpmCPUTotalTable

Here is an example output from a cat385024P

CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex 1000 Integer 1000
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex 2000 Integer 2000
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5sec 1000 Gauge32 35
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5sec 2000 Gauge32 1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal1min 1000 Gauge32 29
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal1min 2000 Gauge32 1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5min 1000 Gauge32 28
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5min 2000 Gauge32 1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5secRev 1000 Gauge32 35
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5secRev 2000 Gauge32 1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal1minRev 1000 Gauge32 29
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal1minRev 2000 Gauge32 1
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5minRev 1000 Gauge32 28
CISCO-PROCESS-MIB cpmCPUTotal5minRev 2000 Gauge32 1

Looks like two CPU cores with indexes of 1000 and 2000.
