[c-nsp] mpls-neighbor

When tow routers connected together,on R2 ,  "show mpls ldp neighbor"  has
one neighbor .
but when three routers and connected to switch ,R1 have 2interwafce on SW
and R1 ' interfaces have same range by R1 and R3 .

R1,R2 = 10.0.0.0/8
R1,R3 = 20.0.0.0/8
mpls run on all routers and on R2  "show mpls ldp neighbor"  has tow
neighbor .
why R3 is R3 ' neighbor ?
