[c-nsp] asr1000 esp and sips in denali

Apart from looking pretty, does it have new API's / features etc.?
I loaded it onto a 3850 and it did not do my dishes.

Perhaps a Cisco product manager can explain its essence.

Yeah I hear you, I worry though that we will be forced to go there if we need new features...
3.17S is end of life with upgrade path that indicates 16 already.
Marketing will find the latest greatest can't do without it must sell it now feature and we will have to scale mt Denali to obtain it.
