Hi Adam
I have configured the below 
class match-all GOLD
match mpls experimental topmost 3

class match-all PLATINUM
match mpls experimental topmost 5

class match-all SILVER
match mpls experimental topmost 1

policy-map MAP
class GOLD
class SILVER
class PLATINUM
class class-default

Interface te0/1
service instance 1 ethernet
encapsulation dot1q 1700
bridge-domain 1700
rewrite ingree tag pop 1 symmetric 
service-policy output MAP

And tried to ping from the CE using different TOS values , but still the packets do not account in the GOLD , SILVER and PLATINUM classes
