We have a single Sup720 running SXI5 that have logged this message
every now and then. I see six occurences in the last year:

26587: 024689: Nov 14 13:36:45.397 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (28)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (16/15),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.
30136: 028237: Jan  4 10:02:49.041 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (60)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (45/44),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.
30584: 028684: Jan  8 09:37:37.814 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (52)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (36/35),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.
32723: 030822: Jan 29 09:44:17.331 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (52)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (31/30),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.
32969: 031067: Jan 31 22:48:59.473 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (24)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (17/16),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.
33268: 031365: Feb  2 11:40:01.709 CET: %SYS-SP-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (64)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (38/37),process = UDLD Pseudo Preemption Process.

We haven't seen any since February 2nd this year.

I seem to recall that we saw more of these previously and on more that
just this one switch, but I don't have easy access to the log archive
at this moment.

Is hasn't triggered anything in any of the above cases. And with so few
of them have have been too busy to investigate further.

FWIW we havn't seen it on Sup2T (IOS 15.1(2) (various) and 15.2(1)SY2).
