[c-nsp] Private IP in point to point link on internet

Now problem is I got 71.xx.xx.0/24 subnet from my ISP and i am going
to cookie cut to extract 4 IP address for internal Point to Point link
and my whole subnetting getting screwed up :(   my plan for i will cut
/24 in two piece 0-127 & 128-254 but now i need to use public space on
WAN so i need to 4 IP address from that :(

This is mess.. :(  i wish i can use private IP in point to point link :)
